FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead or support Strategic Finance in month-end close and monthly forecasting
• Lead or support monthly financial reporting and commentary to leadership
• Become a power user of Adaptive to manage forecasts and build/extend models
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI, automation, or process improvements
• Conduct ad hoc financial and business analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Monitor and validate data integrity, investigating and correcting anomalies
• Participate in process documentation and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or related roles
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Strong spreadsheet skills
• Experience with financial planning tools such as Adaptive, Anaplan, or Planful
• Exposure to automation, AI tools, data pipelines, or scripting (Python, SQL)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prior business partnering or stakeholder management experience
