FP&A Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the GTM FP&A team leaders
• Create and maintain reporting and analysis for management and team leads
• Deliver detailed analysis of historical financials and variance explanations
• Track budget trends and forecast future needs
• Partner with the business on workforce planning, personnel expense, and monthly budgets
• Improve and optimize financial processes

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Finance
• Exceptional analytic skills and ability to build scalable financial models
• Advanced Excel modeling skills
• Strong PowerPoint or Google Slides skills
• Understanding of Accrual-Based Accounting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
