FP&A Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the analysis and automation of personnel expense reports to ensure agility and accuracy for stakeholders
• Create, maintain, and improve automated dashboards and reports using tools like Google Sheets or Metabase
• Monitor personnel expense performance (actual vs. budgeted) and analyze monthly variations
• Monitor People KPIs such as headcount, cost per employee, and bonus target achievement
• Support the preparation of financial presentations and analyses for leadership
• Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and improvements in reporting and expense control processes

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields
• Previous experience in FP&A or Financial Analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel with focus on data automation and complex formulas
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase, Power BI, or Looker
• Strong analytical capacity and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A People (Headcount, Payroll, Benefits, Bonus)
• Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and integration
• Experience with data analysis automation
• Experience working in dynamic environments
