FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company’s master financial model, including the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
• Own the monthly rolling forecast process by collecting inputs from department leads
• Analyze variances between budgeted and actual performance to provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accuracy in forecasting data
• Run scenario and sensitivity analyses for revenue, margin, and expense levers
• Support annual operating plans and long-range financial planning
• Ensure forecasts align with SaaS KPIs and private equity sponsor expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or corporate finance
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments preferred
• Deep understanding of forecasting techniques and budget consolidation
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (macros, pivot tables, multi-scenario modeling)
• Experience with FP&A tools like Anaplan or Adaptive Insights
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Experience with data warehouses like Snowflake preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
