FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and improve core forecasting and budgeting models
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles
• Investigate monthly variances and provide commercial commentary
• Own and update weekly/monthly financial dashboards
• Conduct deep-dive commercial analysis into operational costs and ROI
• Manage month-end tasks including accruals, prepayments, and reclassification journals
• Optimize reporting workflows using advanced spreadsheet logic and AI tools

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or commercial finance
• Advanced Excel skills (complex modeling, Power Query, large data sets)
• Part-qualified or newly qualified in CIMA, ACCA, or ACA
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization
• Ability to translate complex financial data for non-finance stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leveraging AI tools like Claude for data manipulation and analysis
