FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L reporting and variance analysis
• Load P&L data into group reporting tools on a monthly basis
• Monitor and report overheads against budget holders
• Support budgeting, forecasting, data collection, and performance tracking
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Maintain and improve Excel-based financial models
• Assist with ad hoc financial reports, projects, and KPI dashboards

Requirements

• Part-qualified accountant
• CIMA or ACCA studier preferred
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI and dashboards desirable
• Basic understanding of financial statements and corporate finance
• Familiarity with ERP or financial planning systems
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and deadline management
