FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the development and refinement of monthly, quarterly, and annual rolling forecast cycles.
• Build and own sophisticated financial models to support long-range planning and business case development.
• Drive variance analysis to provide actionable recommendations and business narratives for leadership.
• Manage KPIs including TNS, EBIT, NWC, and PC, and create AME and Global Bridges.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and financial presentations for Board-level and regional reporting.
• Identify and drive improvements to FP&A processes, tools, and automation capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related finance function.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
• Solid understanding of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Exposure to manufacturing, HVAC, building technologies, or consumer goods industries.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
