Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process with ownership of spreadsheet models
• Prepare regular financial reports and variance analyses across business units
• Partner with and coordinate the India-based FP&A team on deliverables and workflows
• Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions, M&A activity, and scenario planning
• Contribute to the development of KPI dashboards and data reporting tools
• Work cross-functionally with department heads to provide financial insights
• Identify and implement process improvements as systems evolve

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or corporate reporting
• Advanced Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate financial concepts
• Proficiency with AI tools and a builder mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the video game industry (studio, publisher, or platform)
• Exposure to multi-entity or global organizations
• Familiarity with Power Query or similar dataset tools
