FP APAC Sales Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with operational aspects of the trade cycle, including trade booking, lifecycle management, and invoicing.
• Master the trade booking process to ensure ongoing consistency and accuracy across various asset classes.
• Manage team tools and proactively suggest improvements to increase speed and efficiency.
• Monitor product lifecycle management and other trade support activities.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including sales, trading, operations, and marketing teams.
• Ensure all business activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal) is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work proactively as a self-starter and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication skills and a result-driven mindset.
