About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with operational aspects of the trade cycle, including trade booking, lifecycle management, and invoicing.
- Master the trade booking process to ensure ongoing consistency and accuracy across various asset classes.
- Manage team tools and proactively suggest improvements to increase speed and efficiency.
- Assist with trade support, product lifecycle management, and activity monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including sales, trading, operations, and marketing teams.
- Ensure all business activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Currently studying for or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work proactively both as a self-starter and as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving working environment.
