FP&A Manager, US Surgical (BPA Manager)

Responsibilities

• Act as a key business partner for the US Surgical Vitreoretinal, Refractive, and Tech Service business units.
• Provide analytical and operational support for financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Own P&L performance by monitoring business results against targets and recommending corrective measures.
• Support strategic planning processes, including Target, OQR-LO, and Strategic Plan Setting.
• Forecast and report on key sales performance drivers and conduct ROI analysis for marketing investments.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly closing processes, including controls and reporting.
• Assist management in strategic decision-making and report on new product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) within a corporate finance environment.
• Experience operating as a finance business partner.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and communication).
