FP&A Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the annual operating plan (AOP) and quarterly re-forecast processes for the consolidated P&L, including Net Sales, Gross Margin, and SG&A
• Build and maintain a rolling 12-month forecast model incorporating volume drivers such as SKU count, sell-through rates, and seasonal trends
• Produce monthly business review packages for the CEO, CFO, and Board, including KPI dashboards and executive commentary
• Develop channel-level profitability reporting across DTC (e-commerce and retail) and wholesale
• Lead financial evaluations for strategic initiatives such as new store openings, international expansion, and brand collaborations
• Build ROI models and business cases for marketing investments and product launches
• Mentor and develop junior analysts while driving continuous improvement in FP&A processes and reporting infrastructure

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience
• At least 2 years of experience in fashion, beauty, apparel, retail, or consumer goods
• Demonstrated ownership of full P&L forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for a company with $500M+ in revenue
• Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to build dynamic, driver-based models from scratch
• Proficiency in enterprise financial systems such as Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or Oracle EPM
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a vertically integrated or omni-channel fashion or beauty retailer
• Exposure to DTC e-commerce economics including CAC, LTV, and contribution margin frameworks
• MBA or CPA/CFA designation
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, or Looker
