FP&A Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support production planning, capital investments, and cost optimization.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages with actionable insights.
• Analyze variances across volume, price, mix, labor efficiency, and overhead absorption.
• Monitor and report on key manufacturing KPIs and product-level profitability.
• Manage business unit financial results consolidation through the TM1 reporting system.
• Evaluate capital expenditures (Capex) including ROI and payback analysis.
• Partner with operations, sales, and executive leadership to influence strategic decisions.
• Support inventory management strategies and working capital optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory valuation, and operational metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various financial systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex financial data.
• Ability to work onsite at our Cary, IL facility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TM1 or Great Plains.
• Experience with internal controls, audit processes, and compliance frameworks.
