FP&A Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead country-level financial planning processes, including annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling forecasts.
• Act as a strategic finance business partner to country leadership and commercial teams.
• Analyze financial performance across sales, products, customers, and channels to identify trends and drivers.
• Provide deep-dive analysis into revenue, margin, costs, and profitability.
• Evaluate the financial rationale behind sales-related investments, trade marketing plans, and customer investments.
• Lead financial evaluations for new projects and business opportunities, providing ROI and risk assessments.
• Coordinate monthly financial close and ensure alignment between accounting results and FP&A analysis.
• Prepare and deliver corporate reporting in compliance with regional and global requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience specifically in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or FMCG industry.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) for interacting with regional and corporate stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with IT management tools.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, commercial finance, and internal reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, Hyperion, or similar ERP and reporting tools.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect numbers to business decisions.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced, and commercially driven environment.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively with business partners.
