FP&A Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning program, ensuring integration with strategic and operating plans, including the Annual Operating Plan and ongoing forecasts.
• Oversee financial analysis to identify opportunities in pricing, new product development, commercial initiatives, and sourcing strategies.
• Manage product costing and variance analysis in partnership with Operations and Engineering teams to ensure accurate standard costs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on inventory optimization, including SIOP, cycle-count, and lead-time analysis.
• Lead the capital planning process to develop a project portfolio linked to company strategy and guide optimal capital allocation.
• Serve as a valued financial advisor to the Director of Finance, Controller, President, and other leadership team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and MBA required (Finance focus preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
• 5-7 years of financial management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of LEAN manufacturing concepts.
• Ability to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification.
• Proficiency in advanced accounting principles.
