FP&A, AVP

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support internal monthly and quarterly financial presentations, including key financial insights and KPIs
• Oversee expense reviews, variance analysis, and provide actionable insights to senior management
• Lead headcount reporting and workforce analytics, including commentary on hiring, transfers, and exits
• Support annual planning, monthly forecasting, and long-term strategic planning processes
• Develop and maintain complex financial models and scenario analyses
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to digitize FP&A workflows
• Partner with Accounting to support monthly close activities and accrual calculations
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional business leaders and act as a primary point of contact for financial analytics

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of professional experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or operations
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and complex logic functions
• Experience with financial systems such as Essbase, SmartView, Oracle, or IBM Planning Analytics
• Strong financial storytelling and executive presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize multiple competing deliverables independently
