FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes to ensure holistic accountability and strategic direction
• Partner with functional leaders and finance teams to support the annual budget and forecasting cycles
• Provide departments with monthly analysis and reports to ensure alignment with budget targets
• Prepare and deliver presentations to management and cost center owners highlighting financial performance drivers
• Assist in the creation of quarterly Board of Directors' meeting decks
• Work cross-functionally with the accounting team and various departments to drive process improvements
• Lead special projects, including the implementation of new company planning tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 2–4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including complex tools and functions
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience with accounting, planning, or reporting tools such as SAP, Infor, Prophix, or Tableau
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment
