FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, promotions, product performance, and customer data to identify trends and forecast demand.
• Perform variance analysis by comparing actual vs. expected performance to identify cost optimization and revenue growth opportunities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with business development, operations, accounting, and sales teams to support departmental budgeting.
• Conduct financial risk assessments and ensure adherence to internal policies and industry regulations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and board materials to communicate financial insights to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related field.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. regulations, including FDA and cGMP.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification in corporate financial planning and analysis (e.g., AFP certification pathway).
