About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor production processes and apply manufacturing parameters
- Create molds and cores for casting workpieces from aluminum or other metals
- Melt and maintain metal at required temperatures
- Set up, operate, and monitor foundry production equipment
- Demold and post-process cast parts
- Prepare permanent molds and insert cores
- Produce cast parts using automatic casting systems
Requirements
- Minimum of a Hauptschulabschluss (Grade 10)
- Strong technical understanding
- Ability to work independently and show initiative
- Reliability and strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- High level of motivation and willingness to learn
