Founding UI/UX Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the frontend by architecting, building, and iterating on dashboards and configuration UIs
• Translate Figma mocks into polished, pixel-perfect, and responsive components
• Optimize frontend performance to ensure fast load times and smooth interactions
• Integrate frontend interfaces with APIs and real-time data streams
• Enforce quality standards and conduct usability tests to evolve the UX system

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with modern JavaScript frameworks
• Expert-level HTML and CSS skills
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and state management patterns
• Demonstrated ability to optimize frontend performance in production environments
• Experience with frontend testing tools and practices
• Ability to work closely with PMs, designers, and backend engineers in rapid iteration loops
