Abby Care is building the leading AI-native platform for family-led care. We combine clinical oversight with an AI-powered platform to train, enable, and support family caregivers in delivering high-quality care at home, helping health plans and government partners improve care transparency and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through provider commitment
• Engage physicians, administrators, and clinical decision makers to drive adoption
• Navigate clinical objections, compliance considerations, and operational workflows
• Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline in Salesforce
• Forecast accurately and consistently against quota
• Execute targeted outbound strategies to providers, pediatrics, therapists, and specialists

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience building a territory from scratch
• Proven hunter mentality and resilience
• Ability to learn complex healthcare terminology quickly
• High degree of operational rigor and CRM discipline
• Current resident of the New Jersey area
• Valid Driver’s License
