Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles including Research Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Systems Engineers
• Proactively identify and engage passive, top-tier talent in the frontier AI landscape
• Scale ATS, interview panels, and candidate evaluation frameworks
• Act as a strategic advisor to founders to define role requirements and calibrate compensation
• Design a world-class candidate experience and establish employer branding in the AI community

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting
• Proven track record hiring for AI, ML, or deep tech roles at high-growth startups or major tech companies
• Deep understanding of the AI ecosystem and networks within top labs and universities
• Ability to navigate complex compensation packages including early-stage equity
• Technical literacy regarding AI research and engineering roles
• Ability to work autonomously and build processes from the ground up
