About the role
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and design roles from kickoff to close
- Source proactively to build pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics
- Define and sharpen interview processes, scorecards, and candidate experiences
- Build repeatable sourcing playbooks, calibration frameworks, and pipeline tracking
- Act as a brand ambassador for Paraform's mission and product
- Identify recruiting tooling and workflow improvements to increase efficiency
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience in-house at a high-growth startup
- Proven track record of closing engineering candidates in competitive markets
- Deep sourcing expertise and proactive pipeline building
- Strong technical literacy regarding tech stacks and system design
- High ownership mentality and ability to operate without a playbook
- Builder mindset with an interest in creating process and structure
