Founding Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and design roles from kickoff to close
• Source proactively to build pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics
• Define and sharpen interview processes, scorecards, and candidate experiences
• Build repeatable sourcing playbooks, calibration frameworks, and pipeline tracking
• Act as a brand ambassador for Paraform's mission and product
• Identify recruiting tooling and workflow improvements to increase efficiency

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Experience in-house at a high-growth startup
• Proven track record of closing engineering candidates in competitive markets
• Deep sourcing expertise and proactive pipeline building
• Strong technical literacy regarding tech stacks and system design
• High ownership mentality and ability to operate without a playbook
• Builder mindset with an interest in creating process and structure
