Founding Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the CEO to build a world-class engineering team from the ground up
• Own the end-to-end technical recruiting process for all critical engineering roles
• Build an outbound and referral engine from scratch to find passive, top-tier talent
• Turn cold outreach into lasting professional relationships with exceptional engineers
• Create a premium recruiting experience that establishes the company's brand in the talent market
• Help design and scale the recruiting function as the company grows

Requirements

• Hands-on experience recruiting at an early-stage startup or a boutique search firm
• Proven track record of personally owning and executing difficult engineering searches
• Deep expertise in outbound recruiting, sourcing, and candidate closing
• Ability to thrive in high-intensity, ambiguous, and fast-paced startup environments
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet and engage with top talent
