Founding Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring for engineers, ML researchers, and GTM technologists
• Design repeatable outbound machinery via email, LinkedIn, and community hunts
• Build role-specific rubrics, technical screens, and onsite interview loops
• Pitch Netic's frontier-AI mission to convert passive candidates
• Track and iterate on funnel metrics, time-to-hire, and close rates

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth startups or top-tier agencies
• Proven mastery of advanced sourcing, referral loops, and niche communities
• Ability to build scalable interview frameworks and ATS automations
• Strong storytelling skills to communicate complex technical visions
• Data-driven approach to managing recruitment funnels and outreach A/B testing
