Requirements
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth startups or top-tier agencies
- Proven mastery of advanced sourcing, referral loops, and niche communities
- Ability to build scalable interview frameworks and ATS automations
- Strong storytelling skills to communicate complex technical visions
- Data-driven approach to managing recruitment funnels and outreach A/B testing
