About the role
About the Company
Corridor is changing the game of product security, giving developers the ability to secure their AI coding. We are building a new category of security tooling called Agentic Coding Security Management (ACSM): a proactive, embedded approach to securing AI-generated code inside the code generation loop.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and close senior technical talent across the organization
- Experiment with new sourcing channels, messaging, and outreach approaches
- Run candidate screens, coordinate interviews, manage work trials, and guide candidates through decision-making
- Maintain an excellent candidate experience while moving quickly and decisively
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and implement automation to improve coordination
- Design and iterate on the recruiting approach from the ground up
- Partner directly with founders and engineering leaders to understand hiring needs and provide signal on pipeline health
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for highly technical roles
- Experience at high-growth startups
- Proficiency with recruiting tools including sourcing tools, ATS, and outbound sequencing tools
- Strong organizational skills and an ownership mindset
- Background recruiting in security domains is a strong plus
