About the role

About the Company

Corridor is changing the game of product security, giving developers the ability to secure their AI coding. We are building a new category of security tooling called Agentic Coding Security Management (ACSM): a proactive, embedded approach to securing AI-generated code inside the code generation loop.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and close senior technical talent across the organization
  • Experiment with new sourcing channels, messaging, and outreach approaches
  • Run candidate screens, coordinate interviews, manage work trials, and guide candidates through decision-making
  • Maintain an excellent candidate experience while moving quickly and decisively
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and implement automation to improve coordination
  • Design and iterate on the recruiting approach from the ground up
  • Partner directly with founders and engineering leaders to understand hiring needs and provide signal on pipeline health

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting for highly technical roles
  • Experience at high-growth startups
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools including sourcing tools, ATS, and outbound sequencing tools
  • Strong organizational skills and an ownership mindset
  • Background recruiting in security domains is a strong plus
