About the role
Responsibilities
- Own full cycle recruiting across technical, GTM, operations, and leadership roles
- Develop strategic sourcing methods to identify overlooked talent and build lasting relationships
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to define hiring priorities and interview processes
- Shape the employer brand and candidate experience from outreach to offer
- Optimize ATS infrastructure (Ashby), scorecards, and pipeline analytics
- Monitor hiring health and funnel insights to drive better decision-making
- Coach stakeholders and eventually hire and develop a recruiting team
Requirements
- 6+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in fast-moving startups or technical environments
- Proven experience building or significantly shaping a recruiting function
- Ability to generate high-quality pipelines using creative sourcing approaches
- Proficiency with modern recruiting tools and AI-enabled workflows
- Strong communication skills with a professional, client-facing style
- Ability to collaborate on Pacific Time
- English fluency
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in deep tech or hardware recruiting
