About the Company

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across non-technical roles, from intake and calibration through sourcing, outreach, screening, and offer strategy
• Partner with the founding team to define role requirements, set hiring strategy, and build sourcing plays
• Design and manage candidate pipelines with a focus on transparency and high-touch experience
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams providing market insights, benchmarks, and data-driven recommendations
• Represent AIUC externally as the primary brand ambassador to potential candidates

Requirements

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technology
• Experience with early-stage GTM hires, senior operators, and candidates from consulting, banking, or VC backgrounds
• Exceptional communication skills capable of engaging diverse professional profiles
• Ability to manage high volume and complexity while maintaining quality
• A builder's mindset to create non-technical hiring playbooks from scratch

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working alongside high-growth SaaS sales organizations
• Background in consulting
• Exposure to international markets
• Experience integrating AI or automation tools into recruiting workflows
