ClaimSorted is rebuilding how insurance claims get handled. We run the entire claims operation for insurers through a Third-Party Administration (TPA) model, pairing a world-class in-house claims team with an AI-native platform. Backed by Y Combinator, Atomico, and Eurazeo, we are scaling rapidly to deliver faster resolutions and better outcomes for policyholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire hiring lifecycle end-to-end, from writing job descriptions to designing interview processes
• Surface exceptional talent through outbound sourcing, referrals, and creative discovery
• Build people infrastructure including onboarding, HR processes, and performance management
• Engineer referral networks and close exceptional candidates

Requirements

• 2 - 7 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-growing startup
• Proven track record of building recruiting systems and processes from the ground up
• Strong sourcing instincts across various disciplines and seniority levels
• Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work 5 days in office in London or New York

• Experience hiring engineers and technical talent in high-performance environments
