About the Company

Composio is building infrastructure that allows agents to communicate with the tools you use for work, including GitHub, Gmail, Notion, and Salesforce. Backed by a $25M Series A from Lightspeed and prominent angels, the team is scaling rapidly to provide the most capable bridge between AI agents and professional tools.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing across every open role using GitHub, X, hackathon leaderboards, and open source communities
• Run technical screens by reading code and evaluating candidate signal
• Build the company recruiting playbook, including outreach, rubrics, calibration, and scorecards
• Own pipeline metrics such as conversion, source quality, and time to offer
• Partner with engineering and GTM leads to define target profiles and sourcing plans
• Dogfood Composio to automate outreach, candidate tracking, and reporting

Requirements

• Experience in technical recruiting
• Ability to read code well enough to evaluate GitHub profiles or take-home assignments
• Proven track record of building recruiting processes from scratch
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous hiring needs independently
• AI native mindset with LLMs integrated into daily workflows
• Proficiency in writing small scripts or agents to automate repetitive tasks
• Strong written communication skills for outreach, rubrics, and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Founding recruiter or agency experience at a developer tools or infrastructure company
• Experience hiring across both engineering and GTM functions
• Active presence in developer communities via Discord, X, or open source events
