About the Company

Noïa Labs is an early-stage neurotechnology company building the next generation of human-AI interfaces. We're tackling one of the most ambitious problems in human-AI interaction: decoding human intent directly from brain signals, in real time and without surgery, to control and collaborate with AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack applications that connect neural signals, AI models, and user interactions in real time
• Create the interfaces and internal tools that power how our teams collect data, train models, and iterate on product
• Architect the backend layer services, APIs, device integrations, neural decoders, and databases
• Build agentic infrastructure from the ground up including tool use, memory, retrieval, context, and state management for AI systems
• Improve system reliability, performance, observability, and user experience
• Work with ML and neuroscience teams to turn prototypes into product features

Requirements

• 5+ years building and shipping software in a full-stack, backend-leaning role
• Track record of owning features end-to-end
• Strong backend fundamentals including APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Solid grasp of software architecture with a focus on reliability, performance, and security
• High ownership, product instincts, autonomy, and leadership skills
