Responsibilities
- Qualify and close client leads through discovery calls
- Identify and call dentists' offices to drive new client acquisition
- Contribute to the direction of the growing sales team
- Track sales activity using Salesforce and exceed sales goals
- Become an expert on the Dandy value proposition and the dental industry
- Work with senior sales leadership to meet high-level KPIs and revenue targets
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience
- 1+ years in a full sales cycle closing role
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus
- Highly skilled in Salesforce or related CRM
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and ramp up quickly
- Track record of professional and academic success
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketplace models
- Experience in blitz growth environments
