Responsibilities

  • Qualify and close client leads through discovery calls
  • Identify and call dentists' offices to drive new client acquisition
  • Contribute to the direction of the growing sales team
  • Track sales activity using Salesforce and exceed sales goals
  • Become an expert on the Dandy value proposition and the dental industry
  • Work with senior sales leadership to meet high-level KPIs and revenue targets

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • 1+ years in a full sales cycle closing role
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus
  • Highly skilled in Salesforce or related CRM
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and ramp up quickly
  • Track record of professional and academic success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketplace models
  • Experience in blitz growth environments
