Responsibilities

• Take ownership of existing security tooling and implement new ones (e.g. endpoint protection, MDM, access controls)
• Embed secure-by-design practices into the development lifecycle, including threat modelling and CI/CD hardening
• Monitor systems for irregular behaviour and design detection and prevention mechanisms
• Ensure infrastructure and applications align with industry standards like OWASP Top 10 and AWS Well-Architected Framework
• Conduct and lead risk assessments, including third-party and vendor reviews
• Document and maintain security policies and controls as part of an ISO 27001-certified ISMS
• Partner with GTM and leadership to demonstrate security posture to customers

Requirements

• Hands-on experience deploying and managing security tooling (EDR, MDM, ZTNA, vulnerability scanners)
• Experience working within the AWS security ecosystem
• Solid foundations in networking, systems, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with secure SDLC practices (threat modelling, secure code review, CI/CD hardening)
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like ISO 27001 or SOC 2
• Ability to automate security tasks using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or APIs
• Generalist mindset with the ability to thrive across infrastructure, product, and compliance domains
