About the Company

Oodle.ai is an AI-native observability platform for logs, metrics, and traces. Powered by a modern serverless, S3-native architecture, it provides a simpler and more cost-effective alternative to legacy observability stacks like Grafana, Elastic, and Datadog. The founding team consists of serial entrepreneurs with experience at Rubrik, AWS, and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into SRE, DevOps, Platform, Infra, and VP Eng personas
• Run high-volume outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and calls
• Book qualified meetings and generate pipeline
• Learn the product deeply and iterate on messaging weekly
• Build sequences, talk tracks, and a repeatable SDR playbook
• Partner directly with the CEO and founding team

Requirements

• Early-stage startup experience (Seed/Series A)
• Experience selling infra/devtools to technical buyers
• Strong outbound fundamentals and high activity levels
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and urgency
• Ability to work onsite in San Jose 5 days per week
• Ability to handle ambiguity and fast-paced environments
