About the Company

Sphinx builds AI analysts that work inside browsers, APIs, and internal systems to automate AML, KYC, KYB, and transaction monitoring end-to-end. We help banks and fintechs eliminate manual work and cut compliance costs, serving leading institutions across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and LatAm.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from first touch to signed contract, including prospecting, discovery, demos, and negotiation
  • Build the sales organization alongside the CEO by designing playbooks, hiring AEs, and defining compensation structures
  • Partner with the GTM team to generate and qualify leads to build a predictable pipeline
  • Shape go-to-market strategy, including pricing, packaging, and territory planning
  • Act as the voice of the customer to inform product priorities and marketing narratives

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing $100K-$1M+ contracts
  • Experience navigating procurement, legal, and multi-stakeholder buying committees
  • Strong hunter mentality with experience in outbound prospecting and cold-calling
  • Ability to build sales processes and playbooks from scratch
  • Excellent communication skills for high-level stakeholder engagement
