About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective customers to identify workflows and architecture requirements
  • Design scalable technical architectures and translate requirements into solution designs
  • Build customized workflow prototypes, automations, and data models for demonstrations
  • Identify creative workarounds for product gaps and provide feedback to product and engineering teams
  • Lead technical conversations regarding integrations, implementation feasibility, and security
  • Define best practices for discovery, demos, and solution architecture to build the SE playbook

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre Sales in B2B SaaS
  • Experience partnering with sales teams to support complex deal cycles
  • Proficiency working with APIs, integrations, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n, make.com)
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical system architecture
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with modern SaaS tools and cloud-based platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting RFPs, security reviews, or technical validation processes
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
