Responsibilities

• Win enterprise deals by increasing win rates and shortening sales cycles
• Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, solution design, and technical deal strategy
• Deliver high-impact demos and proofs of concept that clearly show business value
• Define and refine the demo, proof-of-value, and technical validation approach
• Create repeatable assets and workflows to establish a scalable presales function
• Translate customer needs into data models, integrations, and workflows
• Prototype lightweight solutions including scripts, integrations, and AI workflows
• Provide structured feedback from deals to Product and Engineering teams to shape product direction

Requirements

• Experience as a technical lead on complex enterprise deals (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar)
• Ability to run discovery, design solutions, and deliver demos that influence buying decisions
• Hands-on coding skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar for prototyping and data manipulation
• Ability to operate well in ambiguity and move quickly with imperfect information
• Strong communication skills for both technical teams and senior business stakeholders
• Systems-thinking mindset to build repeatable processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the travel tech ecosystem (TMC, OBT, Expense, Card)
• Experience working alongside AI systems and applying human judgment to automated outputs
