Responsibilities
- Win enterprise deals by increasing win rates and shortening sales cycles
- Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, solution design, and technical deal strategy
- Deliver high-impact demos and proofs of concept that clearly show business value
- Define and refine the demo, proof-of-value, and technical validation approach
- Create repeatable assets and workflows to establish a scalable presales function
- Translate customer needs into data models, integrations, and workflows
- Prototype lightweight solutions including scripts, integrations, and AI workflows
- Provide structured feedback from deals to Product and Engineering teams to shape product direction
Requirements
- Experience as a technical lead on complex enterprise deals (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar)
- Ability to run discovery, design solutions, and deliver demos that influence buying decisions
- Hands-on coding skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar for prototyping and data manipulation
- Ability to operate well in ambiguity and move quickly with imperfect information
- Strong communication skills for both technical teams and senior business stakeholders
- Systems-thinking mindset to build repeatable processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the travel tech ecosystem (TMC, OBT, Expense, Card)
- Experience working alongside AI systems and applying human judgment to automated outputs
