About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute multi-touch, multichannel outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, video, and calls
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads for the new Factorial IT product line
- Research target accounts and map IT decision-makers across the Spanish market
- Refine outbound messaging and contribute to the development of early sales playbooks
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Product, and Marketing teams to maximize pipeline conversion
- Track all activity, feedback, and learnings within HubSpot CRM
Requirements
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Strong passion for technology, SaaS, and digital transformation
- Data-driven, organized, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ambitious, curious, and proactive approach to fast-changing environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS or Tech sales
- Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other outreach tools
- Experience working within a startup or scale-up environment
