Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the end-to-end revenue operations stack including CRM, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Serve as the Salesforce admin to improve CRM quality and effectiveness
- Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and scalable processes using AI
- Identify and solve gaps or inefficiencies in the GTM funnel
- Lead revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and performance reporting
- Support territory design, capacity planning, quota setting, and incentive structures
- Enable revenue teams with clear processes, documentation, and operational clarity
- Establish operating cadences, documentation, and performance reviews for Sales Leadership
Requirements
- 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
- Proven experience scaling revenue operations in a growth-stage company
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data and models
- Experience with setting and handling SDR quotas
- Meaningful experience with Salesforce
- AI native approach to speeding up work and raising project quality
- Exceptional cross-functional skills and high-ownership leadership style
