Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end revenue operations stack including CRM, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Serve as the Salesforce admin to improve CRM quality and effectiveness
  • Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and scalable processes using AI
  • Identify and solve gaps or inefficiencies in the GTM funnel
  • Lead revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and performance reporting
  • Support territory design, capacity planning, quota setting, and incentive structures
  • Enable revenue teams with clear processes, documentation, and operational clarity
  • Establish operating cadences, documentation, and performance reviews for Sales Leadership

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
  • Proven experience scaling revenue operations in a growth-stage company
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data and models
  • Experience with setting and handling SDR quotas
  • Meaningful experience with Salesforce
  • AI native approach to speeding up work and raising project quality
  • Exceptional cross-functional skills and high-ownership leadership style
