Pace is an AI operations partner for the world's leading insurers. We combine the speed of AI agents with expert review by our insurance operations team to automate insurance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own the full RevOps tech stack including CRM, sales engagement, and marketing automation
• Design and enforce the data model for accounts, contacts, and opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy
• Design and document the end-to-end sales process and build playbooks for the AE team
• Lead territory planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling
• Build compensation plan models and administer commissions
• Partner with Finance on ARR reporting and GTM budget planning

Requirements

• 4–7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related role
• Experience at an early-stage B2B SaaS company
• Deep expertise in CRM administration, preferably Salesforce
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools
• Proven track record of designing and implementing sales processes
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with all levels of leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated enterprise verticals
• Familiarity with enterprise procurement cycles
• Prior experience as a founding or first RevOps hire
