Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reliable forecast models from Salesforce data
- Own the weekly forecast cadence and coach reps on deal hygiene
- Design and publish GTM metrics frameworks including pipeline coverage and conversion rates
- Own Hubspot end-to-end including data model, object architecture, and workflow automation
- Manage and optimize the full GTM tech stack and all tool integrations
- Lead tool procurement, renewals, and vendor relationships
- Build and enforce data governance standards across the stack
- Design and administer Sales and CS commission plans
- Run annual and mid-year quota-setting processes
Requirements
- 4–8 years of RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops experience
- Proven experience managing a multi-tool GTM stack and integrations
- Experience building or improving sales forecast processes at high-growth companies
- Strong analytical instincts and data-driven decision-making skills
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration with Sales, CS, Finance, and Marketing
- Startup mentality with high ownership and low ego
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a founding RevOps hire at an early-stage startup
- Background in B2B SaaS, ideally enterprise
- Familiarity with AI-powered GTM tools
- Experience partnering with Finance on ARR reporting or investor diligence
