About the role

About the Company

AgentMail is building the communication and identity layer for AI agents. Backed by Y Combinator and having raised $6M led by General Catalyst, AgentMail provides every AI agent with its own programmable inbox, allowing developers to build agents that can communicate across the internet via API.

Responsibilities

  • Own qualification, follow-up, POCs, expansion paths, and early enterprise opportunities
  • Run sales cycles with technical founders, developers, operators, and enterprise buyers
  • Build the first revenue system including CRM hygiene, account plans, and pipeline stages
  • Turn customer conversations into ICP, messaging, pricing, packaging, and product learnings
  • Create sales collateral, enterprise decks, case studies, and vertical narratives
  • Build upsell paths from self-serve and startup customers into larger deployments
  • Help define the category around agent identity and agent communication infrastructure
  • Work directly with founders on strategic accounts to reduce founder-dependency

Requirements

  • Early GTM experience at a technical B2B company (devtools, infra, APIs, AI infra, security, identity, data, or workflow automation)
  • Ability to personally sell and execute, not just manage or strategize
  • Ability to explain technical products to developers, VPs of Engineering, and CFOs
  • Strong product marketing instincts regarding positioning and narrative
  • High-agency, organized, and comfortable operating without a polished playbook

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building PLG-to-sales or founder-led sales motions
  • Experience selling infrastructure or API products
  • Experience with usage-based pricing, technical POCs, or enterprise procurement
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, or Item
  • Experience writing GTM collateral
