Founding Regional Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the Texas territory by identifying priority districts and shaping territory strategy
• Lead district partnerships end-to-end, from initial outbound outreach to closing long-term agreements
• Operate with full ownership of the region, managing revenue, partnerships, and local strategy
• Build and lead a high-performing regional team, including hiring and onboarding AEs and Success Managers
• Generate pipeline through strategic networking, conferences, and presence in the education ecosystem
• Refine the go-to-market motion by identifying patterns and building the playbook for scaling
• Represent Innovamat as the local face of the company at industry events and district meetings

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a proven ability to create momentum from scratch
• Experience in fast-paced environments (e.g., investment banking, consulting, tech, or early-stage startups)
• Founder mentality with an operator mindset that combines strategy with execution
• Strong closing ability and experience owning the full sales cycle
• Proven track record of building, developing, and leading teams
• High level of resilience and relationship intelligence when navigating complex decision processes
• Based in Dallas, Austin, or Houston
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%
