Founding Recruiting Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Own Ashby end-to-end, including configuration, pipelines, scorecards, and integrations
• Build AI and automation tooling to optimize recruiter workflows and candidate experience
• Design and automate recruiting analytics dashboards for real-time visibility
• Lead recruiting enablement through training, documentation, and playbooks
• Partner with the SVP of People on headcount planning and talent reporting
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new tools in the recruiting ecosystem
• Launch and scale the recruiting coordination function, including hiring and managing coordinators

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in recruiting operations or talent operations
• Deep expertise in Ashby (advanced configuration, reporting, and integrations)
• Experience building recruiting infrastructure in high-growth startup environments
• Experience building AI or automation tooling (no-code, prompt engineering, or scripting)
• Strong analytical skills with SQL or advanced spreadsheet fluency
• Proven ability to translate complex system logic into clear documentation
