About the Company

Mach9 builds software for Spatial Intelligence, transforming how civil engineering teams model, design, build, and maintain the physical world. Our first product, Mach9 Digital Surveyor, uses AI to automate manual surveying workflows by extracting infrastructure features from large-scale geospatial data.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles including sourcing, coordinating, and closing
• Own the candidate experience end-to-end to ensure high engagement
• Build recruiting infrastructure from scratch, including ATS, interview rubrics, and compensation calibration
• Partner closely with hiring managers to build effective interview loops
• Track key recruiting data such as passthrough rates, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates
• Own the recruiting brand through job descriptions and external storytelling
• Partner with founders on recruiting strategy and team composition

Requirements

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Technical recruiting background or startup experience preferred
• Proficiency with modern recruiting tools like Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong relationship-building skills across all levels
• Creative and tenacious sourcing abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Clear and direct written and verbal communication skills
