Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting across all roles
• Work with founders and hiring managers to set hiring goals, scope new roles, and develop talent roadmaps
• Build and run outbound sourcing strategies to reach top talent
• Manage talent infrastructure including Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and hiring data
• Inform founders on team composition and organizational scaling
• Own candidate coordination, recruiting tools, and continuous improvement of hiring processes
• Build out the company brand and values through authentic candidate interactions

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in recruiting
• At least 3 years in a startup or high-growth environment
• Ability to operate as a team of one (sourcing, coordinating, and closing)
• Proficiency with tools like Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI automation
• High judgment, bias for action, and an ownership mentality
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
