Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting across all roles
- Work with founders and hiring managers to set hiring goals, scope new roles, and develop talent roadmaps
- Build and run outbound sourcing strategies to reach top talent
- Manage talent infrastructure including Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and hiring data
- Inform founders on team composition and organizational scaling
- Own candidate coordination, recruiting tools, and continuous improvement of hiring processes
- Build out the company brand and values through authentic candidate interactions
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in recruiting
- At least 3 years in a startup or high-growth environment
- Ability to operate as a team of one (sourcing, coordinating, and closing)
- Proficiency with tools like Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI automation
- High judgment, bias for action, and an ownership mentality
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
