Rec (recreation.ai) is using AI to reimagine how the world plays, participates in community, and gets active. We sit at the intersection of a consumer product loved by everyday players and an enterprise platform trusted by organizations that power recreation.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions, including Technical and GTM roles
• Build repeatable outbound sourcing strategies from scratch
• Own the Ashby ATS end-to-end, including configuration, scorecards, and automations
• Manage the candidate experience to ensure a high-velocity, respectful process
• Partner with hiring managers on structured intakes, calibration, and pipeline insights
• Act as a brand advocate to craft the employer narrative

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Meaningful in-house experience at a startup (Seed to Series B preferred)
• Proven track record of sourcing for hard-to-fill roles
• Strong AI literacy and curiosity regarding emerging technologies
• Experience building or overhauling recruiting systems in ambiguous environments
• Ability to operate autonomously as a team of one
