About the Company

Quanta is an AI-powered finance platform built for fast-growing companies. We are building the system of record for finance—an intelligent financial backbone that uses AI to automate and abstract away the operational burden of traditional accounting.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from kickoff to close across Engineering, Product, Design, GTM, Operations, and future teams
• Build creative sourcing strategies that consistently attract exceptional talent for difficult-to-fill roles
• Design structured interview processes, scorecards, and debriefs to ensure high-quality hiring decisions
• Build a fast, thoughtful, and transparent candidate experience
• Own and improve recruiting operations, including Ashby, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics
• Help shape Quanta's employer brand through job descriptions, content, and candidate messaging

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth startup environment
• Proven success hiring exceptional technical talent across multiple functions
• Experience building recruiting systems and processes from zero
• Exceptional sourcing skills and ability to find hard-to-reach talent
• Strong communication skills and ability to represent the company to candidates
• Analytical mindset to diagnose funnel problems and improve performance
• Ability to work in person at our San Francisco office
