Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Identify top talent aligned with company values and relentlessly engage with them
- Represent and sell Pace: Act as the face of the company to candidates and lead the closing process
- Talent Strategy: Partner with the founder and hiring managers to develop hiring goals, ideal candidate profiles, and interview processes
- Operations: Own recruiting tools and processes and coordinate candidates through the full life-cycle
Requirements
- Experience working at early-stage companies
- Proven ability to build relationships with top talent and a deep understanding of the tech ecosystem
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to give and receive frequent feedback
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through closing
