About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting across every function including engineering, SAP expertise, go-to-market, and operations
- Build the sourcing engine to identify and reach top talent not actively on the job market
- Run hiring across diverse talent pools including engineers, SAP practitioners, enterprise AEs, and marketers
- Manage relationships with external search partners for senior and executive roles
- Own the candidate experience to ensure a thoughtful and fast-moving process
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience at an early-stage, high-growth startup
- Proven track record identifying and closing top talent across technical and non-technical roles
- Experience hiring across various functions and seniority levels
- AI-native approach using tools like Claude and ChatGPT to automate sourcing and pipeline operations
- Strong written communication skills and ability to move fast
